We at Reconnect Centre are working to make our site www.reconnectcentre.com.au accessible to people with disabilities.
Reconnect Centre is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for people accessing our website and services. We recognise that accessibility needs vary and aim to identify and reduce barriers wherever reasonably possible.
We aim to make our website accessible and have used website features and practices informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These include:

Physical Accessibility
Reconnect Centre offers in-person appointments at our South Yarra clinic as well as appointments via secure telehealth.
Please note that our South Yarra consulting rooms are located on an upper level and are accessible by stairs. There is currently no lift or step-free access to the consulting rooms. We recognise that this may make the location unsuitable or inaccessible for some people.
If you have mobility or other accessibility requirements, please contact us before your appointment so we can discuss your needs. Where attending the clinic is not suitable, telehealth appointments may be available as an alternative.
Reconnect Centre is committed to providing a therapeutic environment that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-informed, and respectful of diverse identities and lived experiences. We recognise that emotional safety, identity, and individual circumstances can influence a person's experience of care, and aim to support each person with sensitivity, curiosity and respect.
