About the Centre
Reconnect Centre provides specialist support for adults living with persistent pain, chronic illness, trauma, and emotional health challenges.
We understand that health concerns rarely affect just one part of your life. Persistent pain, physical symptoms, stress, trauma, and emotional wellbeing are often deeply interconnected. Our approach recognises the relationship between mind, body, and the nervous system health, helping people make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
We provide a warm, client-centred environment where you can begin to explore your experiences, better understand your experiences, and reconnect with the parts of life that matter most, at your own pace and in your own way.

Begin with an Extended First Session
We understand that persistent pain, chronic illness, trauma and emotional health concerns are often complex and interconnected.
Our 90-minute extended first session allows us to take the time to understand your story, explore your goals, and begin developing a personalised plan for support.
Unlike a standard initial appointment, this longer format provides space to explore your experiences in greater depth from the very beginning.
Extended appointments are offered at a discounted rate for new clients.
Appointments available in person in South Yarra and via secure teleheath. Medicare rebates available
